Exhibitor & Sponsor Information

Increase your visibility in the chronic care and end-of-life community at the AHPCO Annual Conference once again being held in conjunction with the AAHC Annual Conference.  We are anticipating 100+ in attendance at this event. The conference features clinical, regulatory and management topics.    Connect with the end-of-life leaders and professionals that purchase your products and services such as:  Nurses; Physicians; Administrators and Quality Improvement Staff.


Note: If you would like to exhibit for two days and connect with home health, in-home care and palliative care in addition to hospice, please register through the AAHC website, click here.. Hotel Information

Venue Change:  Due to unplanned construction which impacts a majority of the hotel, our event is being moved down the street from the Doubletree to the Hilton Scottsdale.  We are in the process of transitioning the event to this new venue and expect this will be completed by June 15.  Please note that if you made overnight reservations at the Doubletree your reservation will be transferred automatically at the same rate and terms on or before this date.

Exhibit Space

1-day Exhibit space includes: a display table, chair and wireless internet and 1 exhibitor registration (which includes lunch and breaks).  Additional exhibit enhancements are available for a separate fee (see registration form for details).  If you would like to exhibit at the AAHC Conference (which is the day before) there is a discount - please use this link to register for both days.


Registration for additional exhibitors for the same space is available for $100 per person per day. Tickets for the Leadership Reception/Awards Dinner which is the night before Jun 26, are available for $75/person or Reserved Table of 8 for $520.
