Increase your visibility in the chronic care and end-of-life community as an Exhibitor or Sponsor at the AHPCO Annual Conference which is once again being held in conjunction with the AAHC Annual Conference.  We are anticipating 100+ in attendance at this event. The conference features clinical, regulatory and management topics.    Connect with the end-of-life leaders and professionals that purchase your products and services such as:  Nurses; Physicians; Administrators and Quality Improvement Staff.


Note: If you would like to exhibit for two days and connect with home health, in-home care and palliative care in addition to hospice, please register through the AAHC website, click here. If you would only like to exhibit 1 day at the hospice conference please do so through this site (click on the Register link above).

Hotel Information

Overnight lodging is available atour group rate of $99+ beginning February 1.  Call the hotel directly at (480) 947-5400.  Rates are double-occupancy; exclusive of tax; however, the Resort Fee ($30) has been waived for our group .  Rooms on a space-available basis through June 2.  Shipping instructions for exhibit materials are provided in the confirmation email once you register.

Exhibit Space

Exhibit space includes: a display table, chair and wireless internet and 1 exhibitor registration (which includes lunch and breaks).  Additional exhibit enhancements are available for a separate fee (see registration form for details).  If you would like to exhibit at the AAHC Conference (which is the day before) there is a discount - please use this link to register for both days.   Registration for additional exhibitors for the same space is available for $100 per person per day. Tickets for the Leadership Reception/Awards Dinner which is the night before (June 24), are available for $75/person.

Lunch Sponsor...$1,000

Help us recognize Heart Heroes during this special reception and awards dinner being held on June 24. Includes premium exhibit space**, 1 exhibitor registration, 2 dinner tickets, and opportunity to present award during program (Limit: 5 sponsors).


Break Host...$500

Connect with attendees during the afternoon break.  Includes preferred exhibit space** and 1 exhibitor registration.  (Limit: 1 sponsor - Thu).


** 1 Day (Thu); add second day of exhibit space for only $150 for Members or $350 for NonMembers;  additional exhibitor registrations beyond what is included in the package are available for $100 per person per day.
