Arizona Opportunities

If you are a company that only provides products or services to customers in Arizona (and are not looking to connect with attendees from outside of Arizona) the following packages are designed just for you. Due to the limited offerings, these packages are awarded on a first-paid basis - we expect to sell out early!  

 

 

All Packages Include:

Arizona Exhibitor Package...$350

(Non-members $550)

  • Includes a Basic Booth** with a conference registration for 1 person.
    For more visibility, upgrade to a 3-D Booth for only $50 more.  
    If you are not an AHPCO Member yet but would like to take advantage of the $200 discount for exhibiting, please contact us prior to purchasing the package. 

Arizona Heart Hero Champion Package…$750

(Limit: 4 Packages; must be an AHPCO Member)

  • Includes a Standard 3-D Booth** with a conference registration for 1 person. ($400 value)
  • Linked Logo on the AHPCO Heart Heroes webpage.
  • Scrolling Linked Logo on the AHPCO Home webpage.
  • Logo on Slide Presentation for the Awards Program.
  • Logo in the digital Awards program (PDF) and on the framed Award Certificate that is presented to the Finalist for the category sponsored.
  • Live Screen Opportunity during the Awards Program to present Award to the Finalist for the category sponsored.
  • 2 tickets to the virtual Live Award Ceremony on November 19.

Arizona Session Sponsor Package…$1,000

(Limit: 1 Package; must be an AHPCO Member)

  • Includes a Standard 3-D Booth** with a conference registration for 1 person ($400 value).
  • Exhibit Space*** at the 2021 AHPCO Annual Conference. ($350 value)
  • Banner with your logo outside of the Virtual Session Room (logo links to your Exhibit Booth in the Arizona Section of the Exhibit Hall).
  • Logo on Slide Presentation for the Arizona Session.
  • Scrolling Linked Logo on the AHPCO Home webpage.
  • Logo in the digital Conference Program (PDF).
  • Custom eblast to AAHC Members (within 6 months of the conference)
  • Plus a 90-second promotional video that plays during the Arizona-specific session on November 19.This session will be the Regulatory Update from the Arizona Department of Health Services and is typically one of our highest attended sessions.

Optional Add-Ons

The following items can be added to any package for the price as shown. 

  • $25 Gift Card: This is a $25 Gift Card we will purchase on your behalf to be used in the Prize Drawings for Arizona Attendees.  
  • $125 Website Box Ad (1 Month): This is a savings of 50% off the regular price!  This linked ad will rotate along with a max of 2 other ads on the AHPCO Homepage.  Please see the Advertising Order Form for the ad artwork specifications.
  • $200 Custom 3-D Booth Design: Have your 3-D Booth custom-designed by a professional graphic designer.

* The Roster does not include email addresses for those attendees that have Opted-out.

**Booths will be available for both days of the 2020 Southwest Conference in the Arizona section of the Exhibit Hall. Sponsor package note: the Standard 3-D Booth that is included will require you to add your own branding in-house or we can custom-design your booth for an additional fee of $200.

Virtual Exhibit Space

Showcase your products/services and interact with the decision-makers and influencers!  For this conference we are utilizing a sophisticated simulated Live conference platform with a fully interactive conference “main lobby” where attendees can access the Exhibit Hall at any time during the conference or during the one of the dedicated times for visiting with our Partners.   Once inside the Exhibit Hall, attendees can navigate to each booth to view the content, download collateral, watch videos, grab swag, and interact with you and your team in real-time. Attract attendees to visit your booth by upgrading to a 3-D Booth.

We recommend having a “sign” posted for times when Staff will be available to connect with them outside of the dedicated exhibit times.

Substitutions/Cancellations

Cancellations of Exhibit Booth Packages must be in writing and received in the AHPCO office via email by November 2nd to qualify for a full refund.  Cancellations received after this date or "No Shows" will NOT be entitled to a refund.  Add-ons that have already been provided and Sponsor Packages are NOT refundable.  Substitutions of individuals employed by the same organization are acceptable at any time, contact the AHPCO Office for more information.
