Discipline Community Meeting Host

These networking and roundtable groups feature an educational component and are attended by professionals in a particular discipline working in an end-of-life setting. Meeting Space and Lunch Hosts are needed.  

Heart Hero Champions

This Annual Program was developed to recognize individuals in palliative care and hospice who serve with their hearts and stand out among their peers.  They personify the qualities of compassion, inspiration, inclusion, responsiveness and empowerment and truly make a difference in the lives of the patients and loved ones they interact with everyday.  As a Champion, you will host one of the categories and be involved with presenting the award to the recipient on-stage during the Awards Dinner Program held in conjunction with the Annual Conference.

These educational programs are presented by subject matter experts and provide relevant information on a particular topic. They are attended by the directors/supervisors that make decisions and the office and field staff that utilize products/service.
